Ezer Outdoor Gear – Return & Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our outdoor gear. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Perishable goods

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@carryezer.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Gear
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
